To ensure accuracy when placing orders, include description name and color on your purchase order. Wholesale prices provided to our clients are subject to change without notice. Please indicate your shipping carrier preference and account number on your purchase order to ensure speedy processing.

Our goal at Luca and Company is to have all items available for immediate shipping. In the case we have a backorder we will notify you within 24 hours or sooner.


F.O.B. Point Los Angeles- Prices are F.O.B. warehouse located in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Canada (Spring 2013)

F.O.B. Point Toronto-Prices are F.O.B. warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Payment Terms

To process orders all payments are due in full.
Luca and Company accepts Visa, MasterCard or company check.
Purchases paid using credit cards will ship within 1 working day after payment has been processed.
Purchases paid for by business check are shipped after payment is cleared.


To cancel an order, notification must be emailed within 24 hours of submission of order. If payment has been received and the order has not shipped; a full refund will be issued. If the order has shipped and a written cancelation was sent within 24 hours, the retailer is required to return the item in its original condition at their expense. In this case a refund will be issued once the stock is received less 20% re-stocking fee.


Luca and Company does not except returns. We will do everything in our control to ensure our products arrive to you in a timely manner and in good condition. Each item is inspected for quality and condition before being loaded for transport. Please open and inspect your products when they arrive, if there are discrepancies or damage contact us immediately.
